In addition to this service, linked to our best practice ethos, we provide employer and overseas/international sourced employee onboarding and induction related support.  This service is particularly important as it accelerates and enhances workplace effectiveness and cohesion.

The UK Sector we serve – Care Home / Nursing Home/Adult Social Care/ Healthcare 

We help UK and overseas qualified health care assistants to find a job at local to regional to national levels, matched to the requirement of our client, by Sponsorship for the following Sectors:

  1. Adult Social Care: Senior Care Workers, Pre-Registered Nurses, UK NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registered nurses.
  2. Health care workers.
  3. Care Homes, Domiciliary Care Agencies, Live In Care Agencies.
  4. Overseas sourced health care workers with an appropriate English language proficiency level (IELTS or OET) looking for a job placement in the Adult Social Care Sector across the UK with appropriate experience and qualifications, who are eligible to start working in a care home setting, or provide domiciliary care and/or live In care support.

Due diligence: all our prospective employee clients (UK and overseas) are interviewed by us in regard to their technical knowledge, work-base experience, and technical English language competency Before we clear them as potential employees in health and care settings.
