One of the many things OCHD are proud of in this services support area, is our capacity to provide tailor-made/bespoke HR for nurses and care assistants for care homes across the Dorset and Hampshire area and beyond.  Our team includes at director level a locally and nationally respected expert in the field of the NHS, diversity related training, and international recruitment onboarding.  

Care and Care in the Community to be effective and appropriate to care service providing organisations, those who work with them, and especially for those organisations clients, need to have a thorough grasp of respect for the needs of the latter.  OCHD has that experience base and approach in the services its provide, which recognise how wide is the range of individuals that require care, and how important intergenerational cultural and communication matters are to get right for care with sensitivity and the humane instinct at it’s heart.
